Senior Gentlemen,
You will now see that all our forthcoming 2024 matches have been set up on the website. Sadly, Sleaford have just cancelled the fixtures with us, so we have 22 matches not 24.
When you are ready to do so, please go online and set your availability for as many matches as you are able to at this stage. Thank you to those early birds who have already done so.
I can confirm that the cost of the 2 course meal afterwards for home matches is remaining unchanged at £16.00. Home match meals will be charged to your Club card. A staff tip in cash will be optional, but appreciated.
Team selection will be prioritised to members offering to play both home and away fixtures.
Team colours are Grey Jumpers, White Polo Shirts, Black/Navy Trousers or Shorts.
Home matches we pay for our guest’s drinks, this is reciprocated on the away games. No green fees are charged.
I am joining with the Club Captain and Lady Captain in adopting Friends of Stamford Hospital as our charity to support for 2024. Please remember to carry some change - £1 coins or folding money - for the halfway house, if you feel able to donate, or let me know if you'd rather make a year-long donation and be cashless on the course.
